Terms of Service

By using this website or booking any service offered by Jason Milne Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.

Coaching, retreats, recovery counseling and educational content provided by Jason Milne Coaching are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please call your local emergency number or a crisis hotline. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Your coaching engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed at intake. That agreement, together with these terms, controls our working relationship. In any conflict, the signed coaching agreement prevails.

• Sessions are booked via TidyCal and paid in advance through Stripe.
• The €49 intro call is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed; the fee is credited toward your first coaching package if you do proceed.
• Coaching package refunds, transfers and cancellations are governed by the signed coaching agreement.
• Retreat deposits and balances follow the per-retreat terms listed on the specific retreat's booking page or invoice.

Everything you share in a coaching session, retreat or recovery context is held in strict confidence. The only exceptions are imminent risk of harm to self or others, and where disclosure is required by law.

All content on this site (text, images, video, the 7-Dimensions Method framework, course material) is owned by Jason Milne Coaching or licensed to us. You may share short excerpts for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not republish, resell, or train AI models on this content without written permission.

The site links to third-party services (TidyCal, theapex.life, MailerLite, social profiles). We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Review each provider's own terms before using their service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jason Milne Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Total liability for any direct claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Connecticut.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
