We collect the following personal information when you interact with this site:

• Email address — when you subscribe to the Daily Practice Playbook or any newsletter.
• Booking details — when you schedule a Discovery Call via TidyCal, the form fields you complete (name, email, time zone, optional message) are stored by TidyCal on our behalf.
• Site usage data — anonymous analytics (pages viewed, device, country) via Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies in regions that require consent.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

• Send the lead-magnet PDF and follow-up emails you subscribed to.
• Schedule and conduct your coaching session if you booked one.
• Reply to messages you send us.
• Improve the website and understand which content is useful (aggregate analytics only).

We never sell or rent your information.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Contract — for delivering coaching services you have booked.

• Vercel — hosts this website.
• MailerLite — sends emails you subscribed to.
• TidyCal — handles Discovery Call bookings.

Each processor has its own privacy policy. We choose processors with strong data-protection commitments.
